How does this work?
You're not paying me every time I dial the phone.
Sometimes the person I need isn't available, the person who answers has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about, and/or I may need to follow up.
You're paying per side quest.
One side quest = one thing you're trying to get done.
Reasonable follow-up attempts are included, because you shouldn't have to pay more just because someone didn't answer the phone.
For example, one side quest could be:
- Schedule a dentist appointment
- Call the health department to get specific information
- Check if a lawyer is accepting new clients
- Ask a business about availability
- Find out what documents you need before an appointment
- Call and ask the question the website somehow refuses to answer
